Korte Omschrijving

The FOCUS application is a mobile application through which our operational staff can consult police information. This ensures a quick and easy search of information in all linked databases.

The object of this assignment is to provide support for the commissioning and rollout of FOCUS to end users. The Technical Writer develops and maintains user manuals, teaching packages, work instructions, promotional texts and videos. In addition, the Technical Writer coordinates the digital print, video and web in close collaboration with the Product Owners, Developers, Customer Supervisor and Project Management in this IT project.

Demonstrable experience as a technical writer
Demonstrated experience with corporate, marketing and product copywriting
Knowledge of DITA ((Darwin Information Typing Architecture)

Higher education (Master or Bachelor)
Demonstrated experience with document layouts, editing and content design
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, …)
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
