Sibelga manages the distribution networks for electricity and natural gas for the 19 municipalities in the Brussels Capital Region. Sibelga’s 1,100 employees work every day to guarantee the energy supply (electricity, gas and public lighting) to the 500,000 Brussels families and companies.

Korte Omschrijving

Within the ITBT department, the Unit 1 – Domain Works Network Management department aims to support the processes and applications for managing the development and maintenance of the Gas, Electricity and Public Lighting networks of the Network Management (Network Management) and AM (Asset Management) departments. ). from Sibelga.

As part of the maintenance of the Domus program applications, we are looking for a Salesforce FSL Functional Analyst to manage the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the currently implemented applications (for Exploitation Electricité – Câbles & Cabines) and to work on the current projects using the same applications but for different things (Garde, Exploitation gas, …).

The mission consists of:
  • provide support on the Salesforce FSL solution (user management, master data management)
  • resolving incidents and problems on the deployed applications,
  • defining use cases and user stories in collaboration with the business analyst.
  • Configure and develop user stories
  • testing the use cases and user stories during System Testing and System Integration Testing
  • Supporting Business during User Acceptance Tests
  • managing Sanity checks after the implementation of a release in Production

The consultant will interact with our Salesforce technical lead, our Salesforce implementation coordinator, and our business process analysts.
The mission will be carried out in Time & Materials in our offices, or in Home Work, according to the Sibelga rules (2 days a week – outside Covid periods).

What are the Domus applications?

Domus is a program that aims to provide a solution for work, personnel management and digitalization for the Grid Operations department.
The solution is based on Salesforce Field Service Lightning for Work, personnel management, SAP PM for work management (logistics and accounting part), FormX (specific development in CouchBase/Xamarin) for the digitization of field reports. Office 365 is used to provide a portal that provides a 360° view of a work or asset and stores documents. The applications of the Domus solution are integrated together with our ESB Pegasus (Biztalk)
A first business team (Cables & Cabins) was deployed in November 2020. We are working on 3 projects for 3 other teams:

  • Garde
  • Exploitation gas
  • Public lighting

  • Object Manager clear insight into all options regarding field setup, page layout and making the page lighter, Validation rules,…
  • Knowledge of FSL object (Service appointment, WO, WOLI, Timesheet,…) is a plus
