.NET and Angular Developer

Are you a .NET and Angular developer? Help build new and existing web applications for a nitrogen programme within a development team at a Flemish government institution, and translate functional specifications into technical designs.

As a .NET and Angular developer, you will strengthen the IT department of a Flemish government institution. You will be deployed specifically on projects within the framework of a nitrogen programme.
You will work together with other developers and report to the project manager. Your tasks are as follows:
  • Contributing to the development of new and existing functionalities
  • Translating functional specifications into technical designs
  • Ensuring that technical solution approaches fit within the architecture, standards and frameworks in use
  • Working and communicating in an open and transparent way
You will join one of the development teams of the IT Development service within the IT department.
This team is responsible for analysing, implementing and maintaining applications that support the measures and processes of a policy department in a user-friendly way. These include applications for various support schemes, advice and training, and financial monitoring.

  • Proven experience in developing .NET-based applications 3 yr Medior Must have
  • Proven experience with Oracle databases Must have
  • Proven knowledge of Angular 20 or higher Must have
  • Proven knowledge of EF Core Must have
  • Proven knowledge of webAPI and .Net Core Must have
  • Proven education with certification, or equivalent through experience, in programming languages and environments such as .Net (C#), ASP.NET, … Must have
  • Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2. Must have
  • Excellent knowledge of .NET (C#) with 36 months of proven experience 3 yr Medior Must have
  • Proven experience in carrying out programming assignments very smoothly: coding, testing and debugging. Fully independently if required (e.g. maintenance). Should have
