Are you a functional analyst with at least 5 years of experience who feels at home in SCRUM? Translate the needs of product owners into clear functional designs and screens in Balsamiq, and become your team's point of contact within the Digitalisation and Organisation Department.
You will be expected to work closely with both product owners and developers, taking the necessary initiative to bring the functional analysis to a successful conclusion. The functional designs you create must fit within the general functional framework established within the Agency.
These applications and domains contain a range of existing and new functional frameworks that are built into or used by many other applications within the Agency. In addition, the team builds and maintains applications for monitoring and managing these functional building blocks. The team also builds and maintains a number of applications that support cross-departmental processes, including customer identification.
As a functional analyst, you will be responsible for the functional analysis of the team's portfolio:
- Consulting with product owners to map out the needs and requirements for their products.
- Analysing and synthesising those needs and requirements into a functional design with which you:
- validate the proposed solution with the product owner;
- make clear to the developers which functionalities need to be built.
- Acting as a point of contact, both within and outside the team, for functional questions about the applications and domains in the team's portfolio.
Your profile:
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a functional analyst, including handling several (complex) projects simultaneously.
- You have experience working in a Scrum context.
- You have experience with and a feel for designing graphical user interfaces for web applications and work fluently with Balsamiq.
- You have experience with testing: functional tests, regression tests, test scenarios, demos and test sessions.
- Knowledge of relational databases and experience in the agricultural domain are a plus.
- You think analytically, write clear and understandable syntheses and exchange information easily with both clients and developers. You are a true team player, but can also work out analyses independently.
Your position is part of the Digitalisation and Organisation Department, which is responsible for, among other things, coordinating the information, data and IT policy and supporting the digitalisation of the organisation.
