Fluvius is responsible for installing, managing and maintaining distribution networks for electricity, natural gas, sewerage, cable distribution and heat, and manages the municipal public lighting park. In total, the company manages 230,000 kilometers of utility lines and 7 million connections. Fluvius is active in all 300 Flemish municipalities.
In addition, Fluvius takes on the role of data manager within the energy landscape. Within this role, Fluvius makes data available to many parties in a neutral and facilitating manner.

Korte Omschrijving

We are looking for an analyst/developer ServiceNow. You will be part of the ICT Applications Data Management team, specifically the product team that operationally manages ServiceNow completely independently. These tasks mean that you will work within project, maintenance and incident operations.

Tasks:
  • You work together with analysts and business.
  • You contribute to the functional and technical design of the solution.
  • You are responsible for design, development and testing within the application.
  • You ensure that everything is documented.
  • You are able to convert problems into concrete solutions.
  • You actively work on knowledge retention and knowledge transfer to colleagues.
  • You communicate clearly and timely to all stakeholders.
  • You contribute to the estimation and planning of the various design and development activities for various initiatives.
