Fluvius is responsible for installing, managing and maintaining distribution networks for electricity, natural gas, sewerage, cable distribution and heat, and manages the municipal public lighting park. In total, the company manages 230,000 kilometers of utility lines and 7 million connections. Fluvius is active in all 300 Flemish municipalities.
In addition, Fluvius takes on the role of data manager within the energy landscape. Within this role, Fluvius makes data available to many parties in a neutral and facilitating manner.
Korte Omschrijving
As a functional analyst, your assignment is to map the end-to-end process for filing a machine-readable integral annual report that meets the technical requirements of the ESEF format and the CSRD directive, including the application of the applicable taxonomies and the proprietary taxonomy. The contractor offers various solutions that meet our needs in this process. Mapping these needs is also part of the scope of this assignment. The content of the integral annual report is prepared internally within Fluvius.
Various solutions are implemented within the assignment and a documented and calculated business case is drawn up for each proposal with a detailed description of the solution. Examples of solutions (not exhaustive) could be: end-to-end tooling (incl. limited market research), tagging as a service, etc. The first application of this solution is intended for the 2024 financial year in Q1 2025.
You advise the IFRS team and the ‘To CSRD’ project team within the Finance department.
Based on his/her expertise, this person must be able to present several documented and calculated business cases that meet the requirements within 4 weeks.
