PowerBuilder Developer (PL/SQL, Oracle)

As a PowerBuilder developer in the Technical Asset Management product team of a Flemish distribution system operator, you are responsible for maintaining and developing the organisation's asset management applications and you contribute to asset management projects. In the PowerBuilder environment, you develop, test and document application code in line with the standards and based on technical and functional specifications, for projects, maintenance, bug fixing and user support.

• You write, test and document code in the development environment, based on the analyst's technical specifications and in line with the development guidelines and internal IT standards.
• You provide technical advice to the analyst or designer, assess the technical feasibility of requests and provide workload estimates.
• You handle tickets as part of the incident management process.
• You follow the agreements on change and release management.
• You work in an agile team and actively focus on knowledge retention and knowledge transfer to your colleagues.

You have extensive, in-depth knowledge of and experience with the PowerBuilder development environment, as well as thorough knowledge of and experience with PL/SQL and Oracle databases.
