As a Senior Developer / Tech Lead, you'll help build a scalable business platform on .NET and Azure and take the team to the next level technically.
You set the technical bar: you safeguard code quality, carry out reviews and coach developers on the technical side.
You translate business and domain questions into clear technical analyses and specifications.
You help develop a scalable business platform on .NET and Azure.
You work AI-native. Agents write, test and refactor code, and you safeguard the architecture, security and quality of what they deliver.
Must-have knowledge and experience
- .NET and Azure: in-depth knowledge of .NET application development and experience with Azure services and cloud-based infrastructures.
- DevOps, Kubernetes & Docker: CI/CD pipelines, containerisation and a DevOps culture.
- Angular: frontend development with Angular.
- AI coding tools: using tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in real projects and critically assessing their output.
- Tech lead: code reviews, technical coaching and technical analysis.
Nice-to-have technologies
- Marten: event sourcing and document-oriented data in .NET.
- PostgreSQL: experience with PostgreSQL, including as a document store via Marten.
- GraphQL: API design and optimisation.
- RabbitMQ & MassTransit: message-based systems and event-driven architecture.
- Domain-Driven Design (DDD): applying DDD principles to build scalable, well-structured applications.
- Elasticsearch: search functionality and data analysis.
- Certifications: AZ-204 and AZ-400 are a nice bonus.
